The tradition has kept Al Andalus flavours alive. Even today we can still enjoy dishes as the Maragato stew, the Torrija (sort of fine bread pudding), the rice pudding, lamb with different sauces and Lentils with cinnamon.

Our Cuisine is a contrast of flavors, reproducing other religions customs but keeping our own beliefs. A melting pot of flavors, smells crucible of flavors, aromas and colors. A real pleasure for the senses!

Our Menu is daily improved with new samples of ingredients and flavors. In fact, our Cuisine pretends to reproduce the same fusion achieved at Arabic baths: a harmonious fusion between Roman knowledge with Arabic design, exuberance and good taste.
